What happened
An analysis has shown that over 100 homes on King Charles and Prince William’s estates have Energy Performance Certificate ratings of F or G, which are below the legal minimum for landlords. Approximately one in five rental homes on the duchies of Lancaster and Cornwall and the Sandringham estate do not meet these energy efficiency standards.
